"Eastern is great when it comes to academics but lacks in other ways like diversity. It is very segregated when it comes to race and culture. Its like being stuck during the old days when racism was high and alive. Not really an accepting place but very good when it comes to education and sports. They offer a lot of resources and programs to students if you are willing to participate in them."

"I like the friendliness of teachers & students. The acceptance and inviting nature. There s nothing I do not like. I enjoy the school."

"Eastern was a very welcoming school for me and was a great "traditional" school. I myself played football and wrestled there. And the parent involvement in both academics and Athletics were excellent in my opinion."

"I don't have any comparison but my experience at eastern Guilford has been mostly positive. It has the ability to produce quality and college ready students. Its faults are really faults of the public school system at large which includes apathetic teachers and top heavy administration. It is incredibly diverse because it lies on an urban boundary. anyone can find friends and feel comfortable and with the right mindset and enough determination anyone can achieve a meaningful education."

"My experience at Eastern Guilford was a school filled with highs and lows. I loved meeting new people. I loved being able to be in the wildcat atmosphere. I think students in this society rely on technology, that they lose the "wildcat spirit". I would love to see more pride in our school. I loved being a wildcat."
