"Craven Early College is a high school that will put students ahead in the game. Even though Early College may not have as may not have many sports, we have clubs such as science olympiad, junior civitan, and student union. These clubs may not sound as fun as sports, but these clubs give student opportunity to interact with the world. More importantly, the goal of Craven Early College is for student to also receive their associate along with their high school diploma. According to my experience, I think it's definitely keep me ahead of the game even if I don't get to play sport. Because the school is smaller compared to other school, students and staff interact like a family. Teachers put student as their number one priority; their happiest moment is seeing the success from the student they taught."

"Craven Early College was and is an amazing opportunity. Being able to take college classes at the same location as high school and expect a degree by the time you graduate taught me how to be prepared for transferring to a large university and also financially helped a lot. My only complaint is the transition from high school to college class freshman year. The experience was easy to become lost in due to not being truly prepared with how to navigate the campus and overall many students do not stick to going to their classes which only becomes a temptation for other students to also do. On the other hand, I enjoyed the field trips and filed days where we became closer as a community and bonded. I also really appreciate the chance to have such small class sizes. The less students in a classroom, the more time the teacher has to work with each student one on one."

"What makes this school unique is that it doesn't offer athletic activities but makes up for it in other ways."

"The teachers are young, but sometimes they can seem mean or angry at times or unfair to all the students."
