"Edisto High is an underfunded, understaffed school. However, I don't really say that to bad mouth them, as much as to bring attention to the handicaps that they are working with. Compared to other schools, they aren't the greatest. They lack a considerable amount of funding. Yet, if you look 10 years in the past, you'll notice the school has still grown and achieved quite a lot for the silver spoon it lacks. It's not a great school at the moment, and won't be for a couple more years, but it is growing and getting better."
