"My overall experience has been pretty amazing. Because of the student population being so small, I think teachers have more of that one on one connection with a student and actually help in every way possible when its needed. I started attending at Lanier Career Academy after my second hip surgery. Unlike a regular public school this charter school actually understood what was "time" for me in my situation. As far as time I mean like they understood my recovery would take time and worked with different special programs to keep me on track of my studies instead of holding me back like my school before wanted to do."
