"Monroe Area High School is an average school in a small town. Everybody knows each other and for the most part gets along. I like school activities and functions because the spirit at footballs games are uplifting. Everybody xomes together as a family to cheer the school team on no matter a win or loss. Yhen only thing I wouldn't like about Monroe Area is the food sometimes but that's apart of the whole High School experience."

"My experience here was very difficult because I transferred from a high school located in Colorado to Monroe Area High School in Georgia my senior year. Although it was difficult, I did make amazing friends. The people there were very different and more outspoken but that is what was so great about it. The teachers were very to themselves but it's okay because it just made me want to work harder has a student. I'm very happy with this high school although daily, there are bad situations happening everyday. This school is doing a great job. I graduated here in 2015 and proud to say this was the high school I graduated from."

"It is just like any other generic public school in the south. You have that one teacher or administrator that you like because they actually care about your future like Coach Nathan Gray, Dr. Roth, and Councilor Dwayne Wiggins, but other than that it's not that exciting."

"MAHS is very school spirited, the teachers and staff treat everyone with respect. Though there can be issues with the food, it is overall a good experience."
