"Opp High School gives students the opportunity to reach their highest potential academically. The teachers and staff not only did their job correctly, but they also tried to have connections with their students. These relationships drives students, including myself, to achieve higher than they thought possible. Opp prepared me well for college through AP classes, Dual Enrollment, and flexible schedules, and also allowed me to strive to become a better students everyday."

"Opp High School prepares their students for college level courses and I like how they offer dual enrollment. There are minimal issues with teachers throughout all grade levels. I feel that lunch could be healthier and interactions between students can be more inclusive. Students are not being prepared on how to deal with independence and responsibility, we are treated as if we are middle school students and we have a problem with that-especially seniors who will not have to deal with this limitations next fall. We are not being prepared on how to handle ourselves in real world environments and that is an issue I feel that needs to be addressed ."

"Starting Opp High, it seemed as if they was trying to build a stronger foundation for the kids in school. My last year of school we was given the option for AP classes which was different for our class, but the process was very promising for us. After passing these difficult AP classes, my class including myself felt like we were prepared for what ever. One of my favorite experiences was at the end when my teacher was beyond proud of our class to where she would tear up that this experience was over. As we walked to finalize the year with the AP test, our teacher danced and cheered for us all the way to the secluded building. The uniqueness about the school is the teacher and student relationship. All the teachers are always there to help with anything."
