"USJ was a wonderful school. The teachers really cared about the students and taught us well. The school as a whole is very academic driven and pushes students to reach their full potentials."

"The University School of Jackson is by far the best place I could ever have imagined to attend school. I am a junior about to enter my last year of high school and I know I will miss this place when I leave. I began attending here in Kindergarten and this school has taught me much more than just facts, math formulas and grammar. It has taught me how to be independent, how to work hard, and how to be excellent in everything I do. My teachers here pushed me to do my very best on every assignment. The quality of my education surpasses any other in Jackson, TN or even West TN. I am so grateful for the memories made at USJ and I am proud to be a Bruin!"

"I think they have some of the best teachers for college readiness, but the administration does like to run things their own way."

"USJ has a high educational value but because it is a small private school. politics can often get in the way of education. They place athletics before academics at times."

"I love that my child feels safe and knowing that the teachers truly care about my child. As an alum I believe USJ gave me a great foundation and that is why I chose USJ for my own child."
