"The science teachers were the greatest part of the school. As for what they could change though, they need a new anti-bullying policy, most of the teachers could use an attitude adjustment, and the lunches could be a bit healthier."

"It's a school in a small town so you know everyone in your grade, and in most other grades. Also since class size is smaller the teachers will get to know the students better, and you feel more confident going to ask a teacher if you need help on an assignment. There is a lot of school spirit, so if you are in any sport you always have support. Sometimes kids can get out of hand, but that's every school though."

"Good schools and great caring teachers. Schools are small but do offer some alternative classes for learning skills such as computer drafting, welding, criminal justice and more. The guidance counselor at the high school is not very helpful. Really need to do your own research on what duel enrollment classes to take and college transfers because she will give out incorrect information."

"Gladwin High School is one of my favorite places. I'm going to miss it so much when I graduate; even though many graduated students come back and revisit with teachers. The best parts of this school are the teachers and close-knit family aspect of it. My teachers care about every student that they have in their classes; they get to know them and they like to make an impact in each students life and future. It may be small and not very cultured, but that's what really makes this school so great."

"I have been attending Gladwin High School since pre-school. The school has great facilities that are kept clean and orderly along with plenty of extracurricular activities that anyone and everyone can enjoy. Gladwin has also stepped it up in school spirit, having extreme blue and white Friday's to support our football team and having the band release us at the end of the day to really pump everyone up for the game that night. Gladwin is also a leader in the area for academics, showing top test scores for the PSAT and SAT. The only thing I would change about Gladwin High School is probably the food. Though healthy and in the right portions for some, it doesn't taste that great and the small portion size is not for everybody."
