"some teachers are good but the majority are rude and give no regard to their students mental and academic health. School lunches are awful and unhealthy"

"I like all the opportunities at Gaylord High to do anything your heart desires and not feel ashamed for it. There is a great attitude for school spirit and students around me are always working to make it better. Even though we have great school spirit, the teachers can be a little rude and overwhelmingly bad at their jobs in instances. Other than that, great school!"

"In the four years that i attended Gaylord High School i became very close with many of the teachers and faculty. Gaylord High cares about each and every student that attends the school. it is a smaller school and within the walls of that school you are one big family. A family that grows together constantly and overcomes the hard times together. this school is truly an wonderful place i am so lucky i was able to spend four years there."

"The school is too focused on sports and testing. Not enough funding goes to art or music. Drugs and bullying is a problem. But there are some great teachers without whom I wouldnt have graduated"

"This school has helped me through my learning and find which major i'd like to pursue. Gaylord High School has several college classes they offer that students can take during their four years as a high school student to give them an advantage towards college. Gaylord offers an early college program where students as early as a sophomore can take college classes for free. This is a 5 year program and will have to return to school one year after graduation just to finish their earlier college classes. Upon graduation the student will graduate with an associates degree and a high school diploma. This may be a smaller school but there is a lot Gaylord has to offer."
