"I loved my high school experience. My teachers showed that they cared about my education and my personal life. I got a chance to do school activities and still got a great education"

"North has an overwhelming amount of support from the teachers, students and alumni. They offer a wide variety of classes to prepare all students to be successful in their future studies. They offer a wide variety of clubs and activities to make sure everyone has the opportunity to be involved. The teachers are actively involved in making sure students achieve their goals. During the last four years, North has gained more respect from the community."

"I liked the Dual Enrollment program where I was able to earn my associates degree while being in high school."

"North High School was a very good experience for me due to the engineering programs offered, the excellent music program, the dual enrollment program for the possibility of gaining an Associate's Degree while in high school, and the great math teachers present in the school. Furthermore, the school seems to constantly attempt to improve its conditions, meaning that the school is only getting better. However, the student body can tend to be quite vulgar, so it would be ideal for the school's programs to bring about positive change in this regard more quickly."

"North High School offers a dual enrollment program for students to graduate with a diploma and associate's degree. Students take college classes throughout their school years that also count for high school. This is an excellent opportunity for students to get a college education, but it's poorly designed. The textbooks for my classes took weeks to arrive because of a lack of communication, and one class didn't receive their textbooks until the last week of class. Additionally, some courses were simpler and allowed lackadaisical students to pass classes with little effort. I understand that the program is free, which makes it unrealistic to be perfect, but I only wish the program could be improved. Now that I'm a senior in high school, I'm not sure if this program was not worth it as it only hurt my GPA. Before you decide to apply for this program, please take into consideration if it will help your future major."
