"My experience was okay with Southeast High School, I liked some teachers and my assistant principal was wonderful and cared about me as not only a student, but as an individual with needs. I wouldn't recommend the German teachers as she is very difficult to get along with. But there needs to be more diversity when it comes to clubs and activities. There are few of those and some does not relate to my interests as a student. For example: I wanted to be a science major but there were no STEM clubs. But there are language and art clubs. There also needs to be more individual tutors or learning resources. Southeast needs to recognize that students learn in different ways and at different settings. Instead of blaming the student for their grades, get more resources to help students learn better. The cafeteria food, enough is said on here. It just needs to taste better, or look better at least."

"Southeast is very different. It's a great school where students have the opportunity to get an education. I personally feel like I had a great experience here, I was getting prepared for college even as a freshman. I felt like I had good teachers that I could talk to about school and other personal things."

"I love how much school spirit Southeast has, how diverse our school is but how it doesn't matter when its Friday night and everyone comes together to cheer our teams on to victory. I also like how much love our teachers have for us and how bad they want to see us thrive and prosper from what we were into something so much better, our teachers love us. Although I would like to see more interaction with kids, ways they could get more kids into the classrooms and out of their violent ways."

"During my time attending this school I was able to take honors and AP classes. The teachers were very helpful. There were security guards on campus at all times and regular fire drills throughout the year. There were alternatives to help students earn the required credits to graduate if they could not attend class in person. There were average class sizes, and many teachers allowed their students to go to their classrooms during lunch for extra help."

"My overall experience has been great. This is a very helpful resource and I would definitely recommend people to use it. Honestly I don't think anything should change. Everything is very easy to understand and also basic so that its not too confusing."
