"Lincoln East High school is a great school academically, it has the best test scores in the state of Nebraska for high schoolers and has a wide variety of AP and honors classes that are very engaging, appropriately challenging, and prepare students very well for AP exams and higher level courses in college. The facilities of the school are very nice, the school is well-kept and very clean. The teachers are generally very skilled and are receptive to the needs of their students. If you're looking for a school valuing academics very highly, this high school is an excellent choice, however if you are looking for a school in which the typical carefree and easy "high school experience" with a light workload, it may not be the place for you."

"My experience at Lincoln East High School was highly interactive and a great learning experience. All the teachers, or at least the ones I had, were wonderful, intelligent, great people that could connect and help all the students learn in a efficient manner so that everyone can/could succeed."

"Lincoln East was a fantastic place to attend high school. The administrators and teachers were always helpful. I made many friends and got a great education! I feel I have been adequately taught what to expect in college and was able to take some college level courses. The resources that were available to us for studying and learning were top notch. As a member of the Varsity Basketball team I found the athletic department to look out for their athletes both academically and athletically. My overall experience was great!"

"Lincoln is a great school with much support and guidance for the students. Academically East is at the very least above average, but what East could is DIVERSITY. As an Asian-American student at Lincoln East there are moments that make me wish there was more knowledge about other cultures. The population of East is a Caucasian majority, and this is a disadvantage. Since this is the majority, there is little knowledge about other cultures, and has led to some disputes between students. Diversification is something the school needs. Overall, Lincoln East is a great school. All that is needed is more common sense from students, and more empathy from staff at times."

"East is honestly an amazing school. It's safe and has a no-bullying culture. School spirit and social acceptance is high. Academic are rigorous and prepare you for college. My only complaint is the stress you receive regarding matriculation fixation. Every student, including myself, is too stressed out about going to the right college."
