"I really loved Heritage High School. Despite the normal most common problems (below average food, drama, some bad teachers) I felt FISD and Heritage did a great job making my experience great. There were no final exams which did not help me feel ready for college, but I wasn't complaining when I didn't have to take them in high school. Lots of different clubs, pretty diverse, and lots of resources and opportunities!"

"Certain classes are fixed by teachers causing students to loose an appreciation for their class of choice by seeing teachers display a favoritism among students."

"Heritage is a pretty nice school and a majority of the teachers there are truly amazing. However, I would appreciate if the food got a little nicer but, I enjoy the variety of food you can choose from. Also, there is a huge amount of clubs and activities you can participate in."

"Heritage High School really is a tight-knit community. Compared to other schools in our district, we are relatively courteous to other schools, and we don't boast negatively about our accomplishments or go out of our way to tear others down. When tragedy strikes our school or our community, we come together and do what we can to help. We have our faults, but in general we are a pretty well-rounded school with kind students that will go on to change the world."

"Go Coyotes!" As we say this we encourage our fellow students and staff to keep trying harder and remind ourselves that we are a family part of the pack. Heritage High school is my second home as the friendly staff and teachers always walk with a smile. My counselors and teachers are always giving us new opportunities to explore ourselves and the world around us. This school has opened many doors in self-exploration and in my understanding of the world giving me a better insight into who I am, who I was, and who I want to be."
