"I really like this schools college readiness. It helps me get ready for middle school, and helps me create good skills for college. This school offers really good programs so that i can start earning college credit very soon."

"The institute is a wonderful place that stems both the body and the mind. In order to ensure students are working at their utmost potential teachers strive to make relationships with the students and the students respond is a respectful manner as well."

"The academics here at great, they have students taking Algebra I at 7th grade and taking their first dual credit class in 8th grade if you meet up with the standards. You can start TSI testing in 8th grade. There a few complaints though: 1. the engineering pathway that students are forced to take. 2. students don't have a lot of options as to which class to take. The amount of homework can be very stressful, sometimes you won't have much homework other days you will have lot."

"GPCI makes students take Pre-AP, AP, and Dual Credit classes. My experience here has its ups and downs, the academics are great, but the social experience is lacking. We do not have enough active extracurricular activities or clubs, no athletics, or traditional high school experiences. GPCI is great if you are the person that likes a small school where everyone is connected."

"The teachers at Grand Prairie Collegiate Institute do want the students to succeed. Most of them are easy to contact if you are struggling with anything and most of the time they respond quickly your message. Some teachers do try to make the classroom engaging, but not all the time. A lot of the teachers here are late to grade the assignments or projects."
