"I transferred to bishop lynch from public school my sophomore year. Mainly as my parents thought I would have better opportunities college wise if I went to a private/ college prep school. In a word, it was AWFUL. I didn't have trouble making friends, that wasn't the problem (even though people weren't especially welcoming). The teachers were terrible, the classes were dumbed down, and the theology class was unbearable as all my teacher talked about was excorcisms and the devil. The kids were extremely sheltered and on more than one occasion we had to have an assembly to address some racist thing someone did. Don't waste your money, I'm back at public school with a higher GPA and I couldn't be happier. The pesto pasta there was A1 though, highly recommend."

"Bishop Lynch was the best high school experience I could ask for. It was literally home to me. Everyone was so welcoming which made the learning more comfortable. I would do all the football games and the choir concerts again."

"Bishop Lynch was an amazing experience for me. Not only did it prepare me for college but the teachers were amazing. Everyone that I met were great and earned a lot of friendship."

"Overall, bishop Lynch is an amazing school and I do not regret the sacrifices my parents made for me to attend this school. I will say that BL didn't prepare me for college or even the real world. We were so sheltered by the community and school that we didn't know what was waiting for us once we walked the stage. I believe that with as much money as the school receive from us (the students) and the church and other outlets we would all be ready for whatever is thrown at us. But as an alumni that is my job to help change that."

"My daughter has had opportunities that are not offered at any other school especially in academic competitions. The teachers have more than prepared her for college she has made excellent grades and scored in the top 1% on her ACT. She also has had the opportunity to make friends from all different types of socioeconomic backgrounds. She has had excellent leadership opportunities and the ability to participate in several different clubs and sports."
