"I like the fact that it's smaller than the other high school and I like the teachers and friends that I've had. Lake View has had a few issues but I believe every school has some."

"Lake View High School was a great school and has given me opportunities. They had given a variety of classes to choose from that can help me advance in my studies for the future. The environment itself is great too for both students and teachers. The students can feel safe and make friends with others easily. The people in the institute are friendly with each other. It has been a great experience for me at Lake View. However, something I would like to see a change there would have to be the food, though, it's always changing and getting worse in my opinion. I would love for it to be how it used to be."

"The teachers varied in their teaching approach and effectiveness. There were teacher who you could tell didn't want to be there but also teacher whose goal in life was to see you succeed. The facilities were good. The coaches at Lake View for the most part are sub par. The tennis coaches are too obese to teach, the football coaches are stuck in old playing styles and can't their team to work as one or even show up to practices and weights. The soccer coach is a Spanish teacher, however the track coaches seem to be having a good season and motivating their kids well. The basketball coaches aren't doing so well but the players are playing together and with heart and i feel that's all that matter. The team spirit is a joke, hardly anyone goes to the sporting events and those who do flaunt it like they are model students."

"Lake View is an amazing community. The students of my class were amazing. We were always willing to help each other even when the teacher wasn't. Most of the teachers at Lake View were amazing. They knew that we were just students and that we are trying our hardest. However, some teachers were just rude and didn't try to help anyone. The office staff for the most part were understanding of situations, but the principals could take things out of context sometimes. They are very serious and rarely let students have fun. They threatened to ban pep rallies because of a joke made by the juniors. It happened once and they took it the wrong way. Other than their lack of humor the principals are pretty cool, especially Mr. Walters. He's a cool guy and is patient with students."

"I attended Lake View High School from 2010-2014 and it was a great school. The school had a small feel even though it was a large school. Especially when tragedy struck year after year, the school bonded together to get through the hard times. Everyone shows so much spirit, proving how proud we are to attend Lake View. The are many electives available for juniors and seniors and the teachers are always available to help students with their school work. Lake View prepares you for what ever you choose to do in life."
