"I love most of my teachers, especially theatre. The theatre community is extremely accepting, and I absolutely love most everyone in all my classes. I do wish the general community was more accepting, but I know that's near impossible."

"Academics are pretty good. The food is average. Fine arts and sports are fantastic. I love how involved everyone is in the community. We are there for each other no matter what. Dickinson is a family. Go gators!!!"

"My experience has been average, the teachers are good. Students can be mean. There are a lot of activities to get involved in, food for lunch is horrible and expensive."

"Most of the teachers were great, but the staff was pretty lenient to what was happening around the school. It might look like a big high school, but there is also so many students stuffed into this one school."

"Dickinson High School was average because some teachers were not willing to give their all to everyone, the school had a double standard, and the students were outrageous at times. I'd like to see some change in teachers behavior, maybe see them more willing to give their all to a student who needs it. Also, construction of a 9th-grade center should be looked into because it would help the freshman calm down. Lastly, I would like to see teachers treat those who participate in sports, and those who do not, treated equally, not one above the other. While they have their downfalls, Dickinson still remains the school district with the most awards because their student population is so large. The administration was open to finally give us free dress code as long as it is appropriate. Overall, I have to say the High School was average compared to the other high schools in the area."
