"Very College focused. Being able to take classes from Front Range Community College on our campus is amazing."

"Eagle Ridge Academy is a STEM school in Brighton CO. It offers limited sports but overall a good school. Most of the students are there in preparation for College or the Armed Services and the focus is on academics. Comparing to the public high school the graduation requirements are much higher, 4 years each of core courses (English, Science, Math and Social Studies). Minimum 2 years of a foreign language although the only foreign language offered is Spanish. Would love if there was a music program, I was told that that is in the plan for the near future. I would recommend ERA if interested in a smaller academic High School."

"This school has been really challenging in mostly beneficial ways. The community is great, and everyone is very kind and accepting. The teachers are very knowledgeable about their subjects and good at what they do. Although the workload is quite difficult to deal with at times, most teachers are willing to work with students to get through it all. The difficulty of the academic content is about the level of a typical high school's honor courses, though honors and IB/AP are not offered. I would like to have seen less homework required, as it feels onerous at times, but I certainly feel more prepared for post-secondary education than most of my peers from other schools. Overall, I have had a good experience here."

"Eagle Ridge Academy is a great school in comparison to most of the other high schools in the district. With a smaller school size (about 500), it is easier for students to build positive relationships with their fellow peers, teachers, and administration. For the most part, every teacher and staff member cares immensely for their students and want them to succeed. I contribute my successes in high school to the overall positive environment and the encouragement of teachers and staff."

"I could not have asked for a better High School to prepare me for college. We began learning about colleges and college requirements our first semester of freshman year. The counselors, teachers, and staff are always there to help you with any college, high school, or personal trials you may be going through. It was over all an amazing high school experience."
