"Overall, I had a good experience at Shadow Mountain. The teachers were always so helpful and I never had a problem with getting the extra help I needed."

"What I liked about Showdown Mountain is the relationship the teachers have with the students. If the students show their respect toward their teacher the teacher will be more than willing to assist them in any way possible. Also, the students are very excepting to one another, they will invite each other to participate in activities and they will also set up study groups to assure they are receiving acceptable grades. I was fortunate enough to be a part of the Football as well as the basketball program and it is nice to see that everyone in the school supports each sport. One thing that I believe shadow mountain should improve on is holding their students accountable early on about their grades instead of not letting them know about whether they will graduate if they continue on a certain path."

"I really love the diversity and the resources Shadow has available to us students. Our English department is the best department overall, with great resources and a great preparation plan for college. All of our teachers are very nice and you can tell that they don't just care that they get their job done, they care about us students as well."

"Shadow Mountain has many extracurricular activities, friendly staff, and a great community. Everyone is very welcoming here, and everyone is pretty successful in their academic studies, and we are very proud of our band, Cheer team, and Basketball team for competing at state level. There is a lot of support from all students on campus, generating an overall cheerful atmosphere. I really love all the teachers here, they know and love just about every student they teach and are very supportive of our learning. Looking forward to two more years with my fellow Matadors!"

"Shadow is a pretty good school. I do not have much to complain about. Most of the teachers are chill. The only reason i would not give the school 5 stars is because of the school ID policy. It is pretty ridiculous. Security waiting for students at the gate in the morning checking and if you do not have it you have to walk all the way around campus to get a temp ID which most likely results in you being late to class."
