"Highland has great AP courses and wonderful performing arts however some of their regular academics are extremely lacking. There are a lot of poor quality teachers and difficult administration. Not to mention there is a huge religious discrimination problem with all of the Mormons refusing to interact with anyone who will not convert. If you are Mormon or heavily involved in the performing arts this is the school for you, otherwise I would not highly recommend it."

"I am a current high school student at Highland, let's just say I've completely enjoyed my experience. My parents gave me the option to choose any high school and I chose Highland because of the music program. One of the best decisions of my life. Most of the teachers do actually care about their students and their success. The only thing I will say is that this school clique-y, but as long as you are in some sort of club and/or program at you will be fully excepted into the friends group."

"Highland was such a fun and educational school. There are several opportunities to do extra-curricular work and take advanced placement classes. I excelled at this school and am grateful for the rigor and opportunities it provided me."

"Highland High School was very involved in helping me to prepare myself for college since they had a very interactive SAT/ACT program designed to help students study and pass the tests. Also, the teachers are very involved with the students and take the time to help them. Though they could improve their selection of clubs and activities since it lacks a lot of diversity."
