"I loved San Gabriel High. There was a lack of school spirit at times during the rallies but overall everyone was welcoming, including the teachers and staff. The education at this school is spectacular. 90% of the students are hardworking, driven, over achieving, scholars. I've made irreplaceable memories at this school from football games, homecoming, blood-drives, field trips, plays, concerts, the halloween scary maze, YAWP field trip, and more. The students are all very nice and the narks know how to keep everyone safe and in control. Not to mention the large campus and beautiful fields. Proud to have been a Matador!"

"San Gabriel High School is slowly improving itself academically. They have many resources for college readiness such as having many scholarships and informational conventions of colleges and how to prepare yourself with applying to college. However, the lunch is really bad and there isn't a lot that you can choose to eat. The school is known for having the best volleyball team and maybe also basketball. They do host a lot of activities within the school but not a lot of students would like to participate."

"They need to improve their food and restrooms. The food is the same options every single day, for the 4 years I've been here. It doesn't change; everyone knows what to expect. They really need to provide students with more options. When people get lunch, it is usually leftovers or not cooked too well. The restrooms are really dirty and seem to ALWAYS lack paper towels for some reason. Many of the locks to the stalls are broken. Some were broken since my freshman year (I'm a senior rn) and they still haven't fixed them."

"There are many good opportunities you cam take advantage in San Gabriel High School for example there are free college courses, clubs, academies, extra help, and a career center that gives out really good and helpful information. The staff is extremely helpful, the only thing they want is for you to succeed and to graduate. The only thing I would like to change would be for all those opportunities to actually be spread to their students. I understand that the students have to search and find the information themselves because they are young adults but how can they search for something that they don't know that's provided for them."

"San Gabriel High School is a pretty normal school. Although there is not much diversity, there are still many different cultural experiences that you can get through clubs. College readiness is not very stressed in my opinion though."
