"My experience at Bonita Vista High School was demanding, rigorous, and an overall great experience. The curriculum was very well constructed while the courses were vast in covering all subjects. The diversity of over 2000 kids allows Bonita Vista to provide a well-rounded environment. Sports and other extracurricular activities give student life a lot of choices and pathways to something beyond high school."

"I liked that Bonita Vista Senior High School finally added a computer science class. I am really excited to take this course and I can't wait to get started. However, I am very disappointed that I am forced to have six periods my senior year. I was looking forward to only having five periods because then I would be able to get a job after school. By doing so, I am able to start earning money so I can use it to help pay for college. Instead I am forced to take another elective. I already have enough electives than I need and I know I will have more than enough credits to graduate. Bonita Vista Senior High School is a very old school and the facilities need to be refurbished. The Sweetwater Union High School District needs to fund this school so it can look as new as the other schools in the district."

"It isn't a bad school and it has a lot of academic opportunities for those looking for a challenge. However, its maintenance is really bad and could use some investing in. Also, as much as it provides some support to those in AP or IB it tends to neglect those that aren't involved in academic programs or sports. The band and music machine/sound unlimited programs are filled with students and teachers that tend to push aside other art programs like art, mariachi, and theater."

"I like how everybody is one at this school! All the students are connected in some way. No student is left behind! They have a really good academic program with much to offer. Also, there sport program is amazing! All around this school is one of the best out there. Not a lot of bullying happens at this school!"

"Very good school when it comes to academics. The school spirit and sports teams are not the best but OK."
