"I personally enjoyed Monte Vista a lot. The overall environment of the school is for the most part very calm. Not that many fights and the teachers are all very nice and understanding. Although our sports teams aren't as good as some schools, I think we still are better academically. We also offer some sports that some schools don't and that I think is very cool and allows students to try sports they probably have never heard of."

"Monte vista is a great school full of excellent teachers who push all their students to their maximum potential. Never had I been in a class where a teacher never pushed me to the limit."

"As a senior in high school I've basically lived it all. The sports are really good and we're improving so much with sport challenges. We won Division 4 Championship which made football season memorable for everyone along with the school and district being proud. The teachers are amazing. They help you in anything and everything you need help with from school work problems to personal problems. You can just walk in their room and rant to them and they'll be there to listen, understand, and give you the best advice, specially Mrs. Delgado and Mr. Sandoval from the science building, both are my favorite teachers to rant to and they'll take the time out of their day to listen to me and share advice. The staff cares so much about student safety, even if it's a fire drill practice they take it serious. I would like to the food. I'd ask to provide healthier food instead of pizza, burgers, chicken etc. Last thing I'd ask is to hype up other sports as much as they do with football."

"I actually love Monte Vista. My time here has been great by far. I love the diversity at school and how a majority of people are involve and spirited. I am surrounded by wonderful teachers. The teachers have made my experiences great, as well as my sport coaches. I have gained a bunch of experience and knowledge. Which approaching the end of my high school career, I can say I'll miss it, but now I am on to big and better things."

"This high school was the school I chose to attend since many family friends and older relatives have also attended it. I'm glad I decided to attend, since the school is easy to navigate and the staff is kind overall. Many of my teachers taught the material well to me, and were always available to answer questions students had. Since it is a public school, the campus and food were average, though not necessarily as bad or unhealthy. Additionally, many students from numerous backgrounds attended the school, so there were the occasional disputes, though most of the student body got along. Overall, attending Monte Vista was a pleasant experience."
