"I am a current student at El Cajon Valley High. Although it is believed to be poor and is looked down upon, I love being there. The staff are very concentrate and caring. The only thing I do not like about ECVHS would be the way other schools and community members categorize the school and the ones that attend there. ECVHS is believed to be a "ghetto" school. Students at El Cajon High are treated differently and viewed differently which is not acceptable."

"I could I start, this school is well packed with staff that truly cares about its students and students who are willing to learn and hopefully become big in the future. Although, one thing I would like to change about the school is, is to fund the after school activities like sports and focus on academics more because alot of kids have the potential to get a schoolarship offer to college. So, thats my review, overall a great experinece."

"In my past years as a you gstudentin middle school many people have made complaints about El Cajon High. I did fear going to that particular high school because of the comments that were being told to me. Although, I had older sinilinfs who attended the school in recent years. They did enjoy it so I thought I'd give it a try. I did so. I had my mother register me in the year of 2014 and it honestly was nothing but the best years by far! The school isn't only a good school but it's such a diverse school. So many different types of people in shades , colors , and even backgrounds! El Cajon High is full of beautiful colors all around and laughter! I will say something they should change is the spirit. We don't have much spirit at the school , yet the people are THE SPIRIT! Coming together as one just to learn something about one another is amazing."

"My overall experience in El-Cajon Valley High School was amazing. In high school I was involved in many extracurricular activities like clubs and sports. I joined tennis sport and a club called Link Crew. I was a varsity player in the two years that I played sport. I joined Link Crew because it's the club that teaches you how to become a leader and help other. I lie helping other and take them to the right pathway. This school helped me a lot and made me a successful person. I was successful in all of my classes and all of my grades are A's and B's. I worked so hard to achieve my goals as an English learner that immigrated to the United Sates. EL-Cajon Valley High School gave me the hope to never give up and achieve my goals ad"
