"I have had an overall positive experience at Mission Vista. I love a challenge, and with the rigorous AP classes Mission Vista has to offer I feel that my knowledge and perseverance has grown as a student here. Also, the teachers at Mission Vista are all involved and want students to succeed. During my time at Mission Vista, I always felt that there was someone on campus I could to talk to and seek help from. For example, my AP Literature teacher willingly met with me during his prep period to help me practice analyzeing prose and poetry pieces to help strengthen my skills almost every week. The only drawback is with a lack of a football team, there isn t a strong united feeling amongst students. Everyone is very accepting and friendly, there just isn t something for all students to rally behind to feel connected, which is what I wish would change."

"Mission Vista is a very small, and clam school. There is a very big culture involving technology and music. Any one will be able to go tho this school and succeed if they put in the effort and use the resources at hand to help them succeed."

"The learning environment is great! Teachers and Admin could be better! I found that the school is more concerned with money and image than the actual outcome of the students. The couselors also do very little to help. The sports are very poor as well as the school culture. Also be aware the school's PE is extremely difficult and crossfit motivated which I actually enjoyed. I did like the opportunites that the school offered me I just feel that the adults were not there to help."

"The staff at MVHS are amazing. They're always willing to help and are anxious to see you succeed. The student body overall are accepting and allow you to find yourself. There are tons of clubs on campus like FUN club to GSA to Military club so there are many ways to get involved. The only thing is it is such a small campus meaning no football, marching band, or cheer leading which results in a lack of school spirit."
