"I love the school spirit shown in games. We have a Blue Crew section that comes up with different themes,;we dress up and see our friends at the games and it's a lot of fun!"

"I loved attending San Marcos High School. I really had the chance to focus on my personal enrichment and growth while attending, and the campus is absolutely beautiful. The one huge downside is the fact that although the school was remodeled- apparently designed to hold more students- the campus is already full. The classes are huge, with no elective changes available as a result of crowding. I don't know how future classes will all be able to park when they begin driving. My graduating class only began to see these problems with a number of 718, but the school tried its best to make it work and I know it will continue to do so."

"My high school experience in San Marcos High School was the best four years of my life. The programs, clubs, and elective classes in San Marcos High School has helped me prepare for college. The facility is the best out of all high school in the county. All resources that students need are available in San Marcos High School."

"I enjoy the diversity and variety of classes available at SMHS; there are many electives and core classes I can choose from and also many event to participate in. I just wish there were more resources available to prepare students for college and even after college, like teaching how to pay taxes et cetera."

"Very good academics- prepared me for college well. Especially Turner, Donohue, and Tarnovetchi. Does have some cliqueness, as every high school does, but overall, all of the students and environment is welcoming. Administration isn't the best, especially the hierarchy of ASB, but isn't the worst either. The school should respect students and their privacy more. Overall, I add a great time at this school and will miss it along with the wonderful students and teachers."
