"Everyone at this school comes from different backgrounds, situations, and lives that we have no clue who we meet everyday but I have hope that we can all come together."

"Mark Twain High School is a school where people go when they need to get their credits, some people leave some stay. My expierience at this school has been unique and helps me focus because it is a smaller class setting so i can get more help from my teacher and can focus more in class and get good grades. I don't regret doing anythin gin my life because it wouldn't make me the person that I am today so I am grateful for this school."

"The teachers here are great. Except for about two of them, one of them already had to have a serious meeting with the principal and the entire student body's parents to discuss inappropriate comments and messing with student grades out of "spite". That teacher is still currently working here stil giving students problems. The other one is new this year as a math teacher, she harrasses the staff and students and doewsnt make sure any of her students understand the criteria. Many of her students would complain about how they would say they don't understand the lesson and she would continue on with the next lesson anyways plus feeding them answers instead of actually teaching them. She had also disrespected another student in front of me, I defend the student and she tried to fail me out of spite and I had to get the councilors involved and showed them my work and saved my grade."

"I'm not really much of a social butterfly so I feel pretty excepted amongst my peers. There isnt really any racial diversaty here since we all hang out with each other. There are also absolutely no discrimination or challenges towards anyone's religion, race, or sexual orientation."

"Most of the staff and teachers are great and will take their time to help you if you ask or show that you are trying to do well. There is curently a teacher here that doesn't make sure that the math academic is comfortable to attend or to undestand. Schedualing is confusig at first but after a few days it will sink in. the workload isn't really much unless you don't do the work then it really does pile up into a more complex one. The most popular class here woud be the CGD class, it's easy and really fun. Our special study options are on every Wednesday, since we have this "green light red light" system it gives those who have done all their work(green light) get to leave home early on Wednesday since it's our half-day, any other color pretty much HAS to stay either to finish what is missing or until 2:15 (school gets out)."
