"Overall, It was an amazing campus with exceptional staff; however, the school was diverse, yes, but also very separate, and top priority was given to the Asian alumni."

"Oak Grove High School is a very diverse and spirited campus, where many of the students get very involved in the many school activities that they offer. I enjoy going to this school because of how often they have events where we can participate in. Every semester they have spirit weeks and rallies, there are also semiannual music festivals, and lunch rallies. The only thing I would change would be to improve their academics, especially the math department, and clean up the school, because the campus is pretty dirty."

"The number one thing I like about Oak Grove is the teachers. They are incredibly caring and truly want to see every student succeed. Some of the teachers are incredibly caring as i stated but lack in their ability to prepare us for AP test. For example my statistics AP teacher hasn't even talked about the content of the AP test. Most of my classmates agree that they don't feel confident going in and taking the test. As for college readiness, the counselors prepared a wonderful presentation about college requirements that would have been helpful to know as a freshman.I also would like to see clubs become more ethnically diverse in order to promote full involvement in every student. There is one club in particular that is offered at my school that I find particularly interesting and strongly support what they do.The club is funded by girl scouts and it teaches woman empowerment and creates a community were i can be heard."

"I like the classes and teachers, very welcoming school. I have been studying at this school for two years. For me personaly I'm not so good when it comes to sports, but the coaches at this school care more about how hard you try to be in the team than how good you are in that sport. That's the reason why I'm only a Sophomore but I have been Varsity of three sports so far: Varsity Badminton in my Freshmen year, then Varsity soccer and Swimming earlier this year."

"This is just about what you would expect out of an ideal high school. The students are very diverse and show love for the school. The sports are very competitive and excell greatly. On the other hand some teachers here could use some work. For the most part the majority of them are great. Overall I would say the experience here is great."
