"There are multiple programs at this school that bring so much out of students. The Kelseyville FFA chapter has inspired me to be a confident individual. Each time I zip up the FFA jacket I become a completely different, better person. It has developed me to strive to be the best member I can be, and to serve my community. The FFA helps define me as an individual, and continually affects my future. The school also has a program called K-CORPS, or the Kelseyville Organization for Rescue and Public Service. Towards the end of your sophomore year, you apply with an essay and a resume of sorts. Each student is cross-trained in medical, technical rope rescue, and man tracking. The students work closely with sheriff's department and the adult search and rescue. During the senior or oldie year, you train the new greenies, or juniors. It is a program that I am thankful to be in, as it has provided me with skills that I would otherwise never develop, and has provided me with a second family."

"Not the best funded school but I got by and some of the teachers really pay attention to what students need."

"In my experience in Kelseyville High School I would have liked to have had a more diverse population of people and to have associated with a less privileged population."

"It's an ok school, just not a lot of opportunities to better your future. Also, there should be more clubs because not everyone wants to be in a club about spanish or getting community service hours.. Personally we should have an art club or a college ready club? That would make things easier on applying for college or applying for scholarships."

"I am currently a senior at Kelseyville High School and I can say my educational and personal experience has been exceptional. I remember noticing the size of the high school which is about 500 students. Attending a small school in a small town can prove to be beneficial because it gives you the opportunity to make life-lasting connections with the teachers and the other students which I did. The staff members are flexible, the counselors are dedicated and the students are caring. The activities and sports provided at this school help the students stay engaged. These are all neat qualities of Kelseyville High School but the highlight for me would have to our spirit. During rallies you can feel the energy and see the amount of unity. There's nothing specifically I'd change because every little detail has played a role in my experience and the infinite memories I made."
