"It is my first year at Trinity Christian School and I very much enjoy the school and the academics it has to offer. I transferred from a public school and in comparison I can say that although the population is much smaller, it offers a better community. Because it is a smaller school without the intentions of a population growth, the courses offered are few and wiggle room is scarce. The courses are well taught and most teachers show a care for you and your grade in their class. If I had to change anything it would have to be small details rather than something with great impact. Dress code is very strict as are the rest of the rules. The homework is a great deal but I rarely find myself doing busy work. Much of the work has purpose and intent to aid the student. The school as a whole is a great environment for anyone looking for a Christian base in their curriculum."

"As a small school, joining Trinity can be like joining a family. Most accept you and you'll definitely find friends, but there is a certain amount of teasing for antisocial/awkward kids. However, this often changes with time as the high school kids get to know each other through the year. With so few kids, you often see seniors hanging out with sophomores and juniors, eighth graders and freshman eating lunch together. Race is not an issue. In Hawaii, racial barriers are non existant and is the same for this high school. The social scene here defies most stereotypical high school expectations."

"The class sizes are small, which means the teachers can give students their complete attention. The teachers are always available during lunch or after school and are more than willing to do a one-on-one session with you if the subject is difficult for you. Most classes are a group discussion and any opinion is listened to and discussed. The teachers really care about the students, not only for their work and grades but for who they are. Being with the teachers and classmates in a class feel like being with a family."
