"I think Southridge is an excellent school and place to grow. I mean, high school is high school, no matter where you are. But I think Southridge has a strong sense of self and spirit, along with some very good staff members and a few good programs that make it a good school."

"It was an okay school. I transferred from Texas where the schools are a lot bigger and population was greater. The culture at Southridge seemed to be grouped. Diversity was a challenge as the number of minorities was less than 10%. Scholastically, I think the teachers and administration are doing an adequate job however, i believe there is room for improvement. Specifically, I would love to see a wider range of clubs and classes geared to actual work experience. They dwell too much on studies and tests instead of real-world applications and guidance. Not enough focus is geared to practice. The trend tends to be statistics, as in higher test scores. This concept doesn't prepare students for the real world."

"I love the atmosphere at Southridge how as a student body you feel like one whole class coming together. The school spirit is beyond exceptional and the environment is so welcoming."

"The teachers are terrible. My math teacher- everyone hated him. My world history teacher was also poor, he seemed like he hated his job, and never took control of the students. And honestly all 80% of all freshman are so in mature. The really only good teachers I had was for ASL and health."
