"Since beginning my high school career in 2014, I have had three different principals. This alone has led to many inconsistencies. Likewise, while some teachers are very capable and very qualified, others do not teach at all."

"Newberg high school has lots of cool classes and clubs but the people there are pretty messed up. The teachers are nice."

"I thoroughly enjoyed being a student at Newburgh high school. There were so many diverse classes and extracurricular activities that I could partake in. Most all of my teachers were committed to helping me succeed in life in any way they could. The skills and life lessons I learned at the school are a replaceable ones, and will stay with me for the rest of my life."

"The administration has been in rotation for so long that many students don't know who the principal is. This constant change has led to a very hectic school, with every administrator trying to give their own spin on it. The teachers are, for the most part, unmotivated to teach and seem indifferent towards the lives of their students."

"When I was a student at Newberg Senior High School before graduating in June of 2016, one of the things I appreciated the most about the school was the dedication of some of the teachers working there. There were several of the teachers who had worked at the school for quite sometime because they truly cared about their students and were invested in the school and the outside Newberg Community. Probably the main thing I would like to see change at Newberg High School would be more consistency within the administration. Within my younger brother s four years at the school, he will graduate in June of 2017 having had four different principals and three different counselors. This causes many students to feel disoriented and often struggle to feel connected to the school. I genuinely hope this problem improves over the course of the next several years."
