"I enjoyed the fact that we were a college preparatory school so high school seniors had the opportunity to graduate with a high school diploma as well as an associates in college. The teachers pushed us to do our best which allowed many of my classmates to make in into ivy league institutions."

"I must say that this school has impacted and prepared me tremendously now that I am in college at the University of Bridgeport. I love bragging about my high school being one of the best in Brooklyn. This school has had many of students that go off to ivy league university's, students that get full rides to college, students that take AP exams, offers a smart scholars program that offers the students that are excelling in school to get a chance to obtain a associates degree at Medgar Evers College, and much more. There has never been any major problems with violence, or gangs in school. The teachers are very caring and look out for you always. If I had not went to Medgar Evers College Preparatory school, I do not think I would be able to handle college academics as I am right now. Because Medgar is a challenging school, it makes everything feel easier when starting college."

"I love the the students here they make you feel like you're apart of a big family . I enjoy the fact that the school offers many Aps but I hate that the school is shared with a middle school . The school is not properly funded so there is no auditorium or cafeteria but we make due with what we have and that is what I believe makes us great . The attitudes of some of the staff and teachers can be improved but other than that you can definitely get through 4 years at this school."

"What I like most about Medgar Evers College Prep are it's academic programs. Although the school is a bit over populated, Medgar has different programs that guarantee success in life if you stay on the right path. One of these programs is the Smart Scholar Program, where students are enrolled into actual college classes in their junior year so by the time they graduate with their high school degree, they also have a college associates."

"Beautiful school with a very diverse culture, the atmosphere is wonderful and there are plenty of plarking for those that drive. There are plenty of food options around area and in the school and the professors and guard are just wonderful people willing to help with anything that you may or may not have problems with."
