"My daughter had been challenged to really think and formulate her own opinions. It's not just memorizing facts and figures. The outdoor program has given her opportunities to try new things and they transfer the experience of self-reliance and exploration back into the classroom."

"The first two years are really amazing and then it can get really suffocating. Also, it feels like they say they will change things and never actually do which is frustrating."

"I love how everyone is very accepting. I love all the different ideas we get because we have people from all over the world. It brings different cultures. To be honest I would not change anything because this is like my home."

"This school offers so many different opportunities and activities. We get to go on organized trips into the wild twice a year or more. You can learn how to silversmith, blacksmith, glassblow, rockclimb, snowboard, whitewater kayak, and a lot of other things. Now that i'm a senior, I am very close to being sent out into the world. But first we do senior project: a one month journey. You get to decide where you want to go as long as there is some sort of community service aspect to it. I am going to go work with Habitat for Humanity for instance, one of my friends are going to go write music and craft guitars, another is going to work on a bee farm! CRMS has been feeding me amazing opportunities since I have been a freshmen; although, it did take me a while to understand how blessed I was to be able to come to this school."
