"As a whole, Boerne High School is one of the best public high schools in the state. The academic opportunities are abundant, with a huge catalog of AP classes to choose from as well as full integration with career pathways. There are many extraordinary teachers, as well as plenty of opportunities for students to get involved with clubs or extracurricular activities."

"I just recently moved from VA to TX and started at Boerne High in January. Our overall experience transferring credits and schools has not been pleasant. It has been very hard trying to get my credits from the other school because of the many rules in place regarding transfers. I have had to take many state tests to earn credits in math and French and am still taking tests for French. It would have been a struggle we would have overcome as quickly as we could, but certain counselors and staff have not been helpful and have hindered the process. Other than this, the school itself is very nice. The facilities are nice and they have a variety of extracurricular classes for the students to take part in depending on their interests. Of course there are some teachers that are not the best but overall the teachers are good."

"The school has a very welcoming environment. I moved here this year (my junior year) and never have I been welcomed so warmly and quickly. I've made many friends and have wonderful relationships with my teachers. I've moved schools multiple times and never before have I found a home as quickly as I did here."

"Boerne high school was a pretty great experience for me. I came from a big school school in San Antonio and didn't know a lot of people and I didn't get much attention from my teachers. Going to a smaller school was awesome though I met life long friends and started passing all my classes and teachers help one on one with you to help you understand. I loved boerne high school and occasionally miss being in high school!!"

"Great school. My class, class of 2017, is very competitive, that being the case we also have great teachers. Going to school under these circumstances and working hard, you can have a high gpa and still not be even close to the top 10% of the class. The teachers here have made it clear to be the best you have to take the hardest classes and get the best grades. They encourage greatness and that's what I strive for."
