"The faculty and students at Panhandle High School are some of the most influential people and peers in my life thus far. The teachers and Coaches have given me support and encouragement. Also, they installed a strong foundation for my future college career. Their ability to genuinely care about their students make a difference everyday to each of us."

"I am not sure exactly why PHS got a B in your rating system. The school system performs well on all accountability measures both state and federal. Many families move to Panhandle just for the schools system. We have very little discipline and kids are learning. We are a small district and can not offer some curriculum that very large districts can but the district is focused on the whole child."

"Many of the teachers are very willing to help the students and be available for tutoring. Some of the teachers that have been here for a while are not as willing to help. The students are concerned about teachers retaliating when parents go to discuss class concerns."
