"I think Guymon high school is an over all okay school. Even though they lack in some areas. I would like to see more student involvement because students should feel accepted and feel safe."

"I went to Guymon High School for four years. Guymon has so many opportunities that many schools around us do not have; but, we are a 5A school (second largest class in Oklahoma) and our school was built to only be a 3A school. Although, I am thankful for what GHS taught me; I believe there are some key things GHS can work on. Including, teachers, safety, food, sports facilities and more. Not every school is perfect but there are things that you did to be an efficient and Guymon needs some work."

"Guymon High School is one of the worst schools I've been around as far as employees and facilities are concerned. The office workers are extremely lazy and many of the teachers are unmotivated which usually is expressed in their student's grades and education. But, there are a few teachers who attempt to pick up the slack when it comes to school morale and spirit. Despite the fact that guymon has some of the worst team sports in the state, there are a few teachers who have made it possible for students to get excited about pep rallys and other school events. There are a few things about guymon high school that is rather impressive though. Their speech and debate program is amazing because of the hard work and dedication that their coach puts into the program. They have won 14 state championships over the last 35 years, which is very impressive considering the lack luster performance in most other extra curriculars at the school."

"I have only attended Guymon High School for three years because I moved to Guymon my sophomore year. This school is academically better than my last one due to the fact that the teachers really do care about your success and really want you to graduate. The school also gives you many opportunities to make up classes and gain the credits you've lost or did not receive. There are many things you can get involved in but, the main issue is competitiveness. It is very difficult to get involved in sports because they do not give everyone a chance to shine. But overall it is a pretty okay school."

"I had a great experience in high school. I tried my best at everything even when I did not want to. I know that nothing is perfect, but I believe that my school could have had a few better teachers. Some that liked to teach and did not just hand-out worksheets without even explaining. I did have some very good teachers for that I am grateful. I got to experience with both and I believe that will help me in life. We had okay classrooms sometimes they were a little tiny and stuffy but it was okay. I am very grateful for my school I know that they try their best to help everyone."
