"Windsor High School is by far my favorite school I have gone to. I loved the cultural change from Catholic School to Public School. It is a bigger environment, so anyone can make a friend, even those who are considered by the "popular" kids to be outcasts. There are so many opportunities to meet new people, like in the core programs. Windsor puts history, English, and a focus area class together to create cores, made up of the same kids in those three classes. In my opinion, it makes it easier to learn because you spend the whole day with these people and there's no worry about who you are going to sit with. Cores make it possible to make friends and build those friendships. This high school is unique too because it offers dozens of classes that other schools do not, such as Broadcast Journalism, Culinary Arts, and Welding- my favorite class."

"What I liked about Windsor High School is that the campus was very safe and the academics prepared me for college. The school should definitely improve on their cafeteria food."

"Windsor High School is amazing for its unique culture in the heart of the wine country. With a diverse student population, devoted teachers, and a beautiful campus, students who are willing to learn will find that they can advance without limits at WHS. There are resources for every level of student and teachers who are passionate about helping their students succeed. Personally, I have learned so much from my teachers all four years and I have felt passed all six AP exams I have taken due in part to the quality of teachers that have instructed me. I highly urge anyone contemplating attending WHS to come and experience the wonderful atmosphere there lies here."

"What I liked about Windsor High School was the core system that was provided for grades 11 and 12. Cores were based on specific areas that interested us, and helped us focus on that area while still providing us basic classes. For example we had pre-med which was the medical core, Nueva the performing arts core, and Arete the digital and design core. These cores could help us decide what we would like to go to college for and helping us gain experience in different ways. Each student had a unique and different experience sometimes compared to their friends because they were in different cores. What made it even greater was that there was a real teacher and student connection. Each of the teachers were very influential and wanted us to all succeed"
