"As a previous freshman, sophomore after the summer, I believe this school has a decent array of options, especially for economically disadvantaged students that may not be able to afford formal college schooling. The clubs and sports are minimal, but that means that you could help propose and create more (wouldn't that be great on an application!). There's no gym but a weight room and a parking lot ought to do the trick. The school is smaller and more tightly-knit, so it's better to not be a loner (doesn't work, tried) and find your clique. While the school has limited options, some irritating issues between the students and admins, and a sketchy neighborhood 'round it, I give it 3 stars hoping for a positive outlook. The community made it, those good staff and students. If you want something out of this school, any school, test yourself and try harder."

"Overall it is a small school you get to know everyone. The second semester of freshman year you can start college classes and may take them also during the summer."

"The dual credit courses are great if you are looking for an edge when you graduate high school. Administration is a bit lackluster and so is school spirit."

"I really enjoyed my four years there, the teachers are great, and the staff are friendly. I love the commitment the teachers have to teach students and give extra help when needed. The administration could be tolerable, and there could be more clubs and sports. Overall, I am happy I went here."

"The academics in East Early are either hit or miss. Some teachers are able to lecture in a matter that actually encourages the students to perform better. Other teachers, however, have the mentality that they are there only to get paid. The school lacks extracurricular and athletic activities, but is compensated with their dual credit opportunities."
