"Palm Desert High is an incredible school full of teachers that are not just stereotypical kind, as it is an average quality to carry as as a teacher towards his or her students. However, overall caring for an individual inside and out of education is important to possess as well. The school has a safe and homey aura as well. Students are friendly yet push you to use grit to reach your full potential."

"I enjoy that the school is beginning to offer more courses that aren't only general education. The Health Academy was a new thing when I joined it, offering outstanding opportunities. Many of my peers, including myself, were able to get a job straight out of high school in the field we desired due to this program. A real downfall I experienced here was an art teacher she was extremely unprofessional and rude. Her complaint folder was two inches thick, yet she kept her position. Honestly, the rival school La Quinta High School offers many more opportunities for students. As for the food, many times I have found mold on the burritos from the cafeteria. Many of the extra available foods were over priced. You had a selection of options for lunch, but all of it was low-quality food."

"Palm Desert High School is a great school and most teachers do take the time to make sure that the students are learning the information. The sports and clubs at the school are great and there is a diversity among students and among teaching methods. Some teachers really teach to make sure that you learn t rather than teaching it so you can memorize it for the test and move on to the next topic."

"I went to Palm Desert High School in 2007 and lasted until 2011. My first steps on the campus tour in 2007 was absolutely nerve wrecking. The back of my neck had sweat, my back would continuously feel shivers tread down the back of my spin. Transitioning to high school is probably one of the most interesting yet craziest experience young teens can go through. After four years, I can say high school is not just about working hard or homework, It is about learning the grand experience of closeness, friendship, and finding who you really are. It's a grand experience to meet people and do your very best to prepare for the best years of your life."
