"Newton is very up to date with their technology and teaching styles. The teachers love the school and are very involved because many of them went to Newton themselves. Great environment."

"I have enjoyed the diversity in my school and the fact that there isn't a lot of problems in my school. I love that there are many great teachers willing to help. there is a great athletic department and teams. I wish some teachers cared more and I wish kids had a better attitude about school."

"I only attended Newton High School for my last 6 months of Senior year. At first I was nervous about meeting new friends and entering classes midway through the semester. Upon my arrival, teachers and students were very welcoming. It was only a matter of days until I felt at home there. Compared to the other schools i attended, this school prepares you for college life the most with advanced classes and lenient approaches to teaching. They give students a reasonable amount of freedom and enough room for growth. There was a lot of school spirit and a high level of overall diversity. The classes I had were very fun to engage in, and I never felt bored or left out."

"As a student in Newton High School, I have to say I am fortunate to have teachers that care about their atudents and try to let them grow to their full potential. I would give them a 5 star rating, but as any school, there are a select few teachers that do not respect ideas and are not warm and welcoming to the students. Please, do not mistake these few to be the entire staff. I am a LGBT+ person, and I am very open about my sexuality. 9 out of 10 of the teachers I have for main classes in a day support, accept, and encourage me. All in all, wonderful staff!"
