"It is truly a shame that I had to put one star, as this institution is not deserving of that single star. This is a school that embraces certain students of a more "preferable" background, while turning their back on a majority of their student body. This is reflected in how inconsistent punishment is, as certain types of students are "targeted" face harsher punishment than others for the same transgressions. Also, the student body is generally very "cliquey" and exclusive. Further, the general level of the education is not very strong. To their credit, however, the students at Scheck Hillel wouldn't take much from any classroom setting- after all, these are kids who all have luxury cars, but zero driving ability. In conclusion, it would be unwise to send your child to Scheck Hillel. It will expose him to a hypocrisy-breeding environment and will give your child back to you worse than you left them. Regards, Hillel Student from K-12"

"School caters to students who are either in all AP classes or are children of major donors. If you do not fit into one of the above categories, you can feel how little the school actually values your presence."

"This school is in essence, run by a handful of top donor parents. The school puts everything they have into sports and the select handful of students who take all AP classes. If you aren't amongst the top of your class, the administration could not care less about you. The social environment is absolutely appalling and the students all act entitled and spoiled."

"This school claims to pride itself over inclusion, however as an alumni, I was left with an impression that the only students this school cares about are the top five percent acedemically scoring students and those who are either on sports teams or are children of major donors. This school leaves every other student behind, shameful for a Jewish school."

"Parents rule the school and the school acts according to parents' wishes. Big donors have louder voices, obnoxious parents, kids have nasty sense of entitlement."
