    "John Muir High School is a wonderful school filled with lots of opportunities. They are not afraid to test there students to the limit and that's what I enjoy the most. John Muir has pushed me to higher lengths that I never knew was possible. It is truly a diamond in the rough."

    "I like the way diversity is becoming a factor as the years go by at John Muir High School. There is plenty of good at my school but you have to surround yourself with positive people."

    "I think what makes this school unique is that we beat the stereotype and we are a dedicated school. There is a stereotype of our school that we're bad kids and our school is only filled with violence. However, that isn't the case at all, far from it actually. Our school is filled with smart kids and each student tries heir hardest to succeed, even if they fail once in a while. We actually have more and more students getting into UCLA every year, so we must be doing something right. And then the violence, there is none of that. They make our school seem like if we're filled with gang's but we're not. Sure there may be an altercation here and there, but what school doesn't have small little fight. We beat our stereotype and we do it the best way possible. We try harder, study harder, score higher, and we don't give up."
