"Westridge has been an amazing catalyst for my education - the teachers are very invested in their work, there are many opportunities for extracurricular activities through clubs, theatre, or sports, and the community is incredible accepting and welcoming of everyone. I've been able to thrive at Westridge and I'm so glad that I've gotten the all-girls experience - it has truly helped me find my voice and learn how to use it in a respectful, yet strong way. Yay, Westridge!!"

"Westridge offers a variety of college preparatory courses and has a diverse student population. While the tuition is high, the girls are well prepared for college upon completetion."

"Initially I was reluctant to come to Westridge. I didn't like the idea of an all girls school and I wasn't to keen on the idea of wearing a khaki skirt. I am so glad I got past all that. Personally, I've definitely had my ups and downs in high school, but Westridge has always been a constant source of support, education, and community. Westridge is a supportive community that is very open to discussion on any topic. High school is going to be hard no matter what, but it is preferable to have the challenges be academic rather than social. Westridge definitely pushes students to success, but they realize this means something different for everyone. The only thing that I is expected of everyone is to be intelligent, honest, productive members of society. The teachers really make the school; they care about their students both as students, and as complex individuals who have concerns and interests outside of the classroom."

"For the most part the school does an amazing job at offering high quality teachers and classes to the students. Since the classes are 80 minutes long and are held every other day there is usually enough time during class or at home to complete assignments. When situations occur such as sickness, technological problems, or family emergencies, teachers are almost always willing to assist students in pushing back deadlines and catching them up on the class material."

"I will never forget the words the then student council president said during my first tour of the school whilst I was applying she said in my best paraphrasing, "Before coming to Westridge when people asked me my favorite color I would say purple or pink or something along those lines because others did too, but after coming to Westridge when people ask me I say Glitter." These words describe exactly what I feel about Westridge, that it is a place where regardless of what is going on in the world, media, or even at home, the students and staff all just want you to be the best "you", you can be. I never would have sought out photography, because in grade school all we had was painting and I couldn't paint, but Westridge gave me a new medium to express myself. I was never a public speaker, but now I have gone to countless debate and MUN competitions including winning some awards along the way. If I had to summarize my years at Westridge I would say, "Westridge gave me a voice to find myself and to let the world know who I am!""
