"What I liked most about this school were some of the teachers (nearly all of which retired while I was going or shortly thereafter) that loved their jobs and loved teaching their students. I also enjoyed the academic teams and groups that the school had as they fostered a love of learning and helped to sharpen the skills of students in them. What I'd like to see changed about the place is the remainder of it. Most of the faculty seems too focused on sports and the athletes, making it hard for non-athletes to succeed. The lockers are old and I had one that actually broke, jamming so I couldn't open it and had to have a faculty member replace the opening mechanism. Some of the girls' bathrooms didn't have working hot water and some of the teachers just didn't seem to care about their students or doing their job. They have teachers that aren't qualified for teaching certain classes running them, leading to injuries in gym classes due to negligence on their part."

"Even though the rating is pretty low I would have to say the things I liked about this high school was how they try to be great at everything they do. However, even though they had good drive it wasn't very successful teaching and having us learn."

"I like this school because it is so small. The entire school is K-12, so everyone is pretty close. It is nice to know who you're going to school with. I don't like that nothing changes when students ask for things to be changed. If something does not make sense, so a student tries to change it, the faculty treats the student like it doesn't matter, because they're a student"

"Depending on the teacher if a student doesn't get what they're teaching they will go above and beyond to ensure the student understand."
