"William B. Travis High School is a very enjoyable school, with excellent teachers that know what they are doing, and counselors who are ready to help you. This school is extremely diverse, making it so that anyone who joins this school will fit in with a group. Travis also has many clubs that would appeal to anyone, but many students complain about the poor quality of the food here."

"Teachers were involved with students and were very helpful. Were always looking out for their students. Faculty was always trying to do interactive things with the students in advisory."

"Long story short, Travis really is a school where the experience largely depends on what you make of it. You can either try to go all out by joining the band, MCJROTC, and every other organization you can think of, or you can not join at all and just be a regular student. If you did terrible in middle school and want to start your high school academic career fresh with the goal of being in the top 10%, you can IF AND ONLY IF you are willing to put in the work. It's diverse, with most else not being exactly spectacular nor terrible. Only things that are not satisfactory are how they "prepare" you for college (they basically don't, with things like scholarships being left out of the equation) and that parents are not really that involved with the school (however, some organizations such as the band and the MCJROTC unit do have a booster club that parents can join.) In short, not a bad school at all."

"My experience at William b Travis high has had a lot of positives and negatives. The diversity of this he students is amazing, this school is the most diverse school in the state. The students are very open and there is not a copious amount of bullying in this school. The administrators are not the best they can be, however they do as much as they can especially with the large amount of people that come to this school. The negatives mainly stem from the peers around you, which is evident in every school around the world. Travis is not at all what I expectedly, but it's so much better than I thought it would be."
