"So let's be honest. Echols has teachers that every other school wants to have. But teachers have favorites and it shows. The staff are great and do everything they can to ensure each student's success. The food is terrible, but free. Our facilities are just as bad as the food. This is the safest school you will ever enter. Everyone knows everyone, and half of everyone is related to each other. Bullying just isn't a reality here. As to social diversity, it s so small here that we all blend together. Either you're in the category of students who are involved in extracurricular activities or you're not. Our sports are pretty rough. There's no athletic spirit. Coaches and students alike are not dedicated. Practices get skipped all the time. Our drama club is very good, but not appreciated. Overall, ECHS is a good school. It's so small and you feel so close nit. You know everyone by name, and when graduation comes close you see how much of an effect these people have had on your life."

"Echols County High school is a great place to attend high school. Although Echols is a small school it is nothing short of a great school. Teachers care about the students like no other school."

"I have been to this school since pre-k with almost all of my classmates I graduated with. It is a very small school but I love that because we were able to have that one on one connection with teachers. My guidance counselor is amazing and almost everybody's name in the whole high school! There were two funnest experiences I had in high school. The first one was senior skip day the second grad bash. Senior skip day was my graduating class's was kind of our last hoorah before we got to experience the real world and it was a day I can never forget!"

"It's a great school. It is smaller so you have more one-on-one time with your teachers, if needed. With the school being smaller, you also get to know all of your classmates better."
