"I'm currently attending sunny side high school and it's a great school . We have activities, sports, clubs and classes that satisfy everyone's needs . I really like the way everyone gets along no matter race, religion, ethnicity, looks, capabilities or even likes and dislikes. I roam the halls from class to class every week day and as a person who pays great attention to many things, I have never noticed a sign of bullying or any type of prejudice. That shows that if there has been a great problem, the staff is really great in resolving it and giving every student an equal opportunity."

"Amazing school and staff, the staff are great with the student body. Assemblies are always fun and gets the school to connect with each other. Attendance is improving so much and getting kids to school on time. Everyone is very well connected."

"One thing that has driven me to remember Sunnyside High is the effort the students and faculty have in allowing students to feel comfortable to go the extra mile. The teachers and administrators have always shown their support not only by being there to answer our questions but also helping us step by step to help achieve our goal."

"Attendind Sunnyside High School for all of my high school experience opened my eyes up to see the level of commitment teachers give to student learning. I love the fact that the teachers are committed to student learning and understanding. That being said I think there could be a better system in place for students to learn about AP classes and electives and if they are right for them. The counselors work as hard as they can but they are just one person serving each class of hundreds of high schoolers. It is better to get an opinion directly from the teacher you teachers the course rather than just relying on your counselor when it comes time to pick classes for the next school year."
