"This school was a great school. Definitely prepared me for college with the academics throughout the 4 years there."

"As a junior, I have to say my experience here was nothing but great. I loved all my teachers and I have nothing but good things to say about the environment as a whole. It is very diverse in terms of race and sexuality. They have safe spaces for anyone in the LGBTQ community and offer tons of extracurricular activities. What I like most about the school is the amount of student led activities. Our own junior girls started the cheer leading team this year. Any fundraisers? We did them. Any parties? Its the student government. The school as a whole is great."

"I like how the students are nice. Academics are pretty good. A few AP courses. Very community service oriented. You need 200 hours minimum to graduate."

"Public Service is one of the four schools in the Wingate Campus. All schools work independently and integrate only on sports teams, and sometimes during parties. There is no football team, only a flag football team for girls. However there is basketball, wrestling, soccer, volleyball, track indoor and outdoor, and tennis for boys. There is basketball, wrestling, soccer, volleyball, tennis, track indoor and outdoor, and rugby(which I am on), for girls. Public service is a great school academically. Teachers are great, most genuinely care about the students, and teachers and students often build close relationships with one another. Public service has something called mastery works. Mastery works are just like projects. However, HSPS (Public Service) has a policy that each marking period, every teacher must give a mastery work. Under school policy, if you fail a mastery work, you automatically fail the class."

"At this school, my experience had been better compared to other schools I attended. For one, it is diverse and I was able to connect to people similar to me easily. Most teachers are willing to work with you on their free time when you need help and are willing listen to you when you have a problem. The students there take their works seriously making the school very competitive like this years graduating class. Also, if your looking to partake in a law or medical program this is the school for you."
