"I enjoyed the teachers I had while I was there. The main office staff was also some of the nicest and most patient people."

"This school has a lot of excellent knowledgable teachers who are eager to teach and help out students in need. It is a very diverse school with students from all different backgrounds. You will defintely broaden your perspective at this school. There are a plethora of extracurricular activities including sports, band, video production, year book committee, student body, and academic clubs. They also have amazing security. the entire campus is fenced off and can only be accessed through the main gate with a school Id. There is always sufficient campus safety technicians on staff to keep intruders out."

"I experienced a school in which I was supported by friends and some teachers. I ran into a lot of teachers willing to stay after class to help students. Most of the teachers that I came into contact with honestly cared about the students and wanted them all to succeed. What I wish would change was the lower percent of "bad" teachers, in the sense that they would either be fired, or trained to become more effective in their teaching. These ineffective teachers typically have students learn from books and leave them on their own to learn opposed to guiding them through the material."

"James Logan High School, a big school consisting of roughly 4,000 students, have its disadvantages and advantages. Some of the disadvantages are: fights inside and outside the campus, and the smell of weed inside the bathroom. However, Logan is a good school because it offers a lot of various classes, such as, P.E, music, dance, art, forensics, and different types of ROP. I personally love the fact that they offer ROP classes because it lets the student have the opportunity to learn more about what they really want to do in the future. For instance, I am interested in the medical field, so I took medical ROP to help me figure what specific field I want to be in. This class taught me how to do CPR (I am now a CPR certified), but most importantly, I was given the opportunity to be an intern, thus giving me the knowledge on what I want to be."
